Introduction
The Butler County Work Place, Butler County's Department of Job & Family Services, works with the citizens of Butler County and its partner organizations to create opportunities for self sufficiency and to provide a safety net to families in need. By providing transitional benefits, skill building opportunities, and help in getting and keeping jobs, we strive to assist families in poverty gain a foothold in Butler County's growing economy and to help working parents build better lives for themselves and their children. The Work Place also provides services to those people whose medical condition or age puts them at risk, making sure that they obtain the assistance and protection they need to lead healthy and safe lives.
