The center accepts only specific requests by mail or e-mail. All record requests must be picked up at the designated location, unless otherwise requested below.
These requests must include the name(s) of the person(s) being researched, applicable dates, type of records being sought, your mailing address, a daytime phone number, and an authorization for copying costs.

Copying Costs for records are $.05 per page copied (The first five copies are complimentary). Fees for certification mailing will be added.
