Contributing to this project is easy.
Pictures, letters, journals, etc. can be brought to the Butler County Records Center & Archives at:

123 North Third Street, Hamilton, OH 45011.

A member of the Center's staff will scan your material, get some basic information, and return everything to you before you leave.
Pictures can also be sent to the same address, but we cannot guarentee their quality as we are not responsible for anything sent through the mail.
If a group [nursing home, VFW, DAV, etc. would have a number of people with material they would like to contribute; they can all Carol Volle at 513-887-5607 and arrangements can be made to have a member of the staff come out the a designated location to scan material on the site.
