The Butler County Juvenile Child Support Deputy Clerks are responsible for the accurate recording
of all filings and court orders on juvenile cases where paternity or support is an issue.
These filings or court orders may require the creation or processing of additional document,
such as, wage assignments, bench warrants, summons, subpoena, and court appointment affidavits.
The clerks assist the Child Support Legal Attorneys during court hearings by gathering personal and
case information from the participants, making copies for document distribution, calculating child
support obligations, and scheduling future court hearings. Along with these responsibilities, the
clerks provide information to case participants with regard to proper procedure.
