DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OFFICE

The Domestic Violence Office of the Butler County Domestic Relations Court assists victims of domestic abuse by providing the forms and information they need to get a Domestic Violence Civil Protection Order (CPO.)

The office facilitates the court’s processing of these cases by screening victims to see if they qualify to petition the court for a protection order, photographing injuries caused by abuse, typing the court’s order and filing it with the Clerk of Courts, scheduling cases, maintaining the court’s domestic violence docket, and attending hearings to give and receive pertinent information about cases.

The office is located at the Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011-6041. Please enter the court facility on the second floor and proceed through security, the office is located on the second floor in Domestic Relations.  The Domestic Violence Office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Customers are encouraged to arrive at the office as early in the day as possible.
