It is ordered that the following rules and plans be adopted for the regulation of practice and procedure of this court in civil and criminal cases effective February 1, 2002. All previous rules and plans are hereby rescinded.
These rules and plans shall be recorded by the clerk in the journal of the court; the clerk shall cause a copy of these rules and plans to be made readily available to each member of the Butler County Bar Association and to those out-of-town attorneys who regularly practice in this court.

Attention is called to R.C. §1901.21(A), which reads, in part, as follows:
“In any civil case or proceeding for which no special provision is made in this chapter, the practice and procedure in the case or proceeding shall be the same as in courts of common pleas. If no practice or procedure for the case or proceeding is provided for in the courts of common pleas, then the practice or procedure of county courts shall apply.”
