The Court has determined that for the efficient operation of the Court, additional funds are necessary and does hereby establish and create an “Area Court Special Projects Fund” as provided for in section 1907.24(B)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code.
The Court shall charge a fee, in addition to all other court costs, on the filing of each criminal cause, civil action and proceeding and judgment by confession. The Court shall assess a filing fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) on all sealing of records of nonconvictions. The money shall be paid to the Treasurer for deposit into the “Area Court Special Projects Fund.” Money from the fund shall be dispersed only upon an order of the Court.
