All judgment debtor examinations shall be held as assigned by the Judge or Magistrate handling the case. If a judgment debtor fails to appear at a scheduled examination, and the debtor was personally served, the creditor or, the attorney for the creditor, may request, in writing, that the Court issue a bench warrant for the arrest of the debtor.
