40.1 Rulings on Motions and Submitted Cases

A. SUBMITTED CASES

All cases submitted for determination after a court trial shall be decided within ninety (90) days from the date the case was submitted.

B. MOTIONS

All motions shall be ruled upon within 120 (one hundred twenty) days from the date the motion was filed, except as otherwise noted on the report forms.
