Butler County Area Courts
Area III: Jurisdiction
The territorial jurisdiction of the Butler County Area III Court is the area from which cases may be brought and decided.

The territorial jurisdiction of the Area III Court includes the City of Monroe and all of West Chester Township.

All cases brought in the Area III Court must also be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the court.
