CHILDREN'S IMMUNIZATIONS
Immunizations for infant through 18 years of age. There is a $5.00 fee per immunization with a $20.00 maximum per child. CASH ONLY. Medicaid is accepted (bring medical card). Total cost is figured on a sliding fee scale. No one is turned away because of the inability to pay.

TB skin tests for adults and children. There is a $15.00 fee per TB test.
